Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacy Manager to lead our pharmacy operations at Walmart. As a Pharmacy Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the pharmacy, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing exceptional patient care to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the daily operations of the pharmacy, including staff management, inventory management, and customer service.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including HIPAA, SOP, and QA policies.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve patient care, safety, and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Manage budgets and financial performance to ensure alignment with business strategic requirements.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or PharmD, degree or equivalent FPGEC (NABP).
  • Pharmacy license (by job entry date).
  • Completion of an ACPE accredited immunization training program (for example, APhA, Pharmacy School Curriculum, State Pharmacy Association sponsored).
Preferred Qualifications
  • U.S. pharmacy related experience.
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $112,000.00-$197,000.00, as well as annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation may also include Regional Pay Zone (RPZ), Sales Volume Category (SVC), and Complex Structure.
