About the Role

  • Present properties to prospective clients in a persuasive manner, highlighting the unique features and benefits of each property.
  • Assist clients in discovering suitable tenants, utilizing your knowledge of leasing rules and regulations to ensure a smooth and successful leasing process.
  • Promote unoccupied properties through various media and advertising techniques, including online listings and local advertising.
  • Evaluate clients' requirements and financial prosperity to make personalized presentations, ensuring that each client receives a tailored leasing solution.
  • Provide accurate information on the different features of properties, including amenities, location, and pricing.
  • Validate application information and references, ensuring that all necessary documentation is complete and accurate.
  • Negotiate leasing terms and complete agreements, working closely with clients to ensure a mutually beneficial leasing arrangement.
  • Stay up-to-date on the property market status, including current trends and market conditions.
  • Ensure proper maintenance and inspect properties periodically, ensuring that all properties are well-maintained and presented in the best possible light.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of leasing rules and regulations.
  • Basic understanding of MS Office.
  • Exquisite presentation and negotiation skills.
