Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic legal advice and opinion to the organization

  • Represent the organization in litigation matters for assigned businesses or bank functions
  • Draft, review, and advise on business and legal documents, including regulatory disclosures and marketing materials
Requirements
  • J.D. from an accredited law school
  • Minimum of 4 years' experience as an attorney or other relevant legal experience
  • New York State or applicable state bar admission
  • Four or more years of experience as an attorney with a law firm or in-house at a financial institution, including specific experience in corporate private placements and issuer due diligence, ABS, RMBS, and CMBS securitizations, mortgage warehousing transactions, and derivatives documentation/transactions
Preferred Qualifications
  • Familiarity with Broker-Dealer regulations
Compensation

The pay range for this position is $130,000 - $217,992.53 Annual (USD). The successful candidate's particular combination of knowledge, skills, and experience will inform their specific compensation.
