Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Customer Service Associate to join our team at Sam's Club. As a key member of our front-end team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service to our members, ensuring a positive shopping experience, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to members, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, checkout lanes, and surrounding areas.
• Operate a cash register, process transactions, and handle customer payments accurately and efficiently.
• Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, multitasking and prioritizing tasks to meet sales and customer service goals.
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales and customer service objectives, and provide support as needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; prior retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a cash register.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
