Key Responsibilities:

  • Read and understand equipment service manuals, schematics, and communicate with design professionals, General Contractors, and service providers.
  • Provide technical leadership and support to key stakeholders, including training when necessary.
  • Effectively coach and encourage restaurant support teams on proper kitchen equipment operation and maintenance.
  • Develop personal knowledge of restaurant equipment and building systems outside your area of expertise.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma.
  • CFESA, CFC commercial kitchen equipment knowledge.
  • Experience/knowledge in mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and water communication skills.
  • Teamwork aptitude.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PPT).
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects.
  • Self-motivated for continuous improvement of personal skills and knowledge.
