Territory Development Manager in the Criminal Justice Industry

We are looking for a Territory Development Manager who can drive sales growth and increase operations efficiency for our clients in the criminal justice industry. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for:
- Prospecting, qualifying, and developing new customer relationships within your assigned territory
- Exceeding revenue targets through daily sales activity and effective sales strategies
- Working closely with our Director of Sales to develop sales growth strategies and implement them effectively
- Gathering input from our Director of Sales and Customer Services prior to each customer visit to address critical areas or concerns
- Forecasting annual, quarterly, and monthly sales goals and achieving them
This role requires a strong understanding of government procurement, excellent communication skills, and the ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple priorities. A valid driver's license is required, and approximately 50% travel is expected.
