Job Overview

Midas Hospitality is seeking a highly skilled Cluster Sales Manager to join our sales team. This individual will be responsible for driving sales growth and maintaining existing relationships with key accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and lead generation.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure continued business and growth.
  • Collaborate with the hotel's sales team to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics.
  • Manage the RFP process and negotiate rates with clients.
  • Assist with the creation of marketing collateral to promote hotel offerings.
  • Ensure the on-site team is trained to support the hotel's sales efforts.
Requirements
  • Exceptional communication and sales skills.
  • At least one year of sales experience in a hotel.
  • Experience in budgeting and business planning.
  • Willingness to complete outside sales calls and cold-calling.
  • Previous Marriott or Hilton experience highly preferred.
