**About the Role**

At UMFS, we are seeking an Associate Director of Behavioral Health to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for researching, developing, and revising therapeutic programs and service delivery to ensure they align with current trends and best practices. Additionally, you will provide direct clinical service delivery to clients through therapist and case management staff, ensuring that our services meet the highest standards of quality and effectiveness.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Manage and supervise therapist staff and case managers, providing guidance and support to help them deliver exceptional care to our clients.
  • Develop and revise treatment planning according to evidence-based practices, ensuring that our services are tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.
  • Oversee admission standards and acceptance of clients to ensure that we are providing the right services to those who need them most.
  • Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to ensure that our services are integrated and effective in meeting the needs of our clients.

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you will need a Master's degree in a Board of Health Professions field of clinical practice and be licensed. You will also need at least one year of supervisory experience and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
