Job Title: Senior Clinical Supervisor - Board Certified Behavior Analyst
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Clinical Supervisor to join our team at RCG Behavioral Health Network. As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, you will be responsible for providing clinical supervision to ABA Therapists, developing and implementing treatment plans, and overseeing family training.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide ongoing clinical supervision to ABA Therapists, including monthly check-ins and weekly clinical observations.
  • Develop and present in-service training to improve team member competencies in clinical or therapeutic interventions.
  • Complete all funder requirements related to client oversight, including supervision notes, reports, and reporting.
  • Develop, oversee, and modify treatment plans, ensuring they are updated as needed based on data.
  • Collaborate with outside agency team members, such as IEP teams, SLPs, and OTs.

Requirements:
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
  • At least 2 years of experience working with children with autism and/or communication disorders.
  • Ability to maintain adherence to the BACB Code of Ethics.
