About the Opportunity

We're seeking a highly skilled Digital Media Buyer to join our team in this exciting role. As a key member of our advertising department, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing campaigns that drive traffic to our subscription products across various verticals and geographies.

Responsibilities:
  • You will create and manage media buys on Google Ads, primarily targeting GDN but also Performance MAX & Search, as well as different programmatic DSPs like DV360, Smadex, Taboola, and others, to achieve CPA Goals.
  • Utilize internal tools, systems, and processes to maintain daily track of main KPIs (CPA / ARPU / ROAS...).
  • Monitor daily spend/revenue and perform A/B testing.
  • Evaluate new products & segments.
  • Demonstrate proven technical capabilities and understanding, including the use of tracking pixels and server-to-server tracking systems, and creative optimization.
  • Closely collaborate with marketing, operation, and business intelligence teams to interpret market insights, client data, and implement them back into the business effectively.
  • Directly report to the advertising manager.
  • Discover and test new media buying opportunities within the programmatic industry to expand our reach.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a media buyer in Google Ads and other programmatic DSPs is mandatory.
  • Strong analytical skills, especially with Excel or Google spreadsheets.
  • Familiarity with performance-based pricing models, including CPA, CPI, CPM, CPC, etc.
  • Experience managing Google Analytics 4 & Google Tag Manager or similar tagging tools.
  • Proficiency with web applications (browsers, software).
  • Fluent English language proficiency.
  • Experience in a subscription business model company is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of Smadex and Social Ads (e.g., Meta Ads) is a plus.
