Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team at Wentworth-Douglass Hospital. The successful candidate will provide exceptional administrative support to our healthcare team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to our healthcare team, including greeting patients, answering phone calls, and responding to emails.
  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records, files, and databases.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for our healthcare team.
  • Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and other documents as required.
  • Assist with special projects and tasks as assigned by our healthcare team.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum 1-3 years of administrative experience in a healthcare setting.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other software applications.
