LHH Recruitment Solutions is in search of a meticulous and seasoned Financial Operations Associate to enhance our finance department. This pivotal role focuses on managing the accounts payable function, ensuring precision and effectiveness in invoice processing, while fostering robust vendor partnerships. The selected candidate will play a key role in overseeing the organization's cash flow, guaranteeing smooth and accurate financial transactions, and aiding in financial forecasting and analysis.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Invoice Management: Scrutinize and process invoices with accuracy and promptness.
  • Vendor Relations: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with vendors, addressing any discrepancies that may arise.
  • Payment Administration: Organize and execute payment cycles, ensuring adherence to organizational policies.
  • Account Reconciliation: Reconcile accounts payable entries and monitor accounts to confirm timely payments.
  • Financial Reporting: Support month-end closing activities and generate necessary financial reports.

Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline is preferred.
  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience in accounts payable or a comparable position.
  • Skills: Exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational capabilities, and proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP).
  • Attributes: Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively, excellent communication skills, and a proactive problem-solving mindset.

Compensation:
  • Salary Range: Up to $60,000
Pay Details: $50,000.00 to $60,000.00 annually
