As a vital member of our Solution Consulting team, you will play a crucial role in driving our success by supporting various solution sales initiatives. Your expertise will help guide revenue generation for our products, collaborating closely with Sales, Product Management, and the executive team. This position requires a hands-on technical consultant capable of delivering and positioning solutions effectively throughout the sales process.
Key Responsibilities:In this role, you will:
- Act as a technical and domain expert within a client-facing sales team to support product sales.
- Facilitate discovery workshops to identify customer challenges and deliver product demonstrations that align our solutions with their needs.
- Address product feature and technical inquiries from customers, channel partners, and ServiceNow colleagues.
- Provide insights to product management regarding enhancements that can meet customer requirements and add value.
- Share best practices and reusable assets with fellow Solution Consultants to improve team efficiency and quality.
- Remain informed about competitive analysis and market differentiation.
- Participate in marketing events, including executive briefings, conferences, user groups, and trade shows.
To excel in this position, you should possess:
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in pre-sales solution consulting or sales engineering.
- Strong proficiency with the ServiceNow platform or substantial technical expertise in cloud software solutions.
- Experience collaborating effectively with product management, marketing, partners, and professional services.
- Skills in territory management, including pipeline development and collaboration with Sales counterparts to ensure execution excellence.
- Willingness to travel as required.
