Join our expanding Tax Credits and Incentives Advisory (TCIA) team as an Intern in our various offices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients with federal credits and incentives projects, including analyses related to R&D tax credits/deductions, Cost Segregation initiatives, and state-specific credits and incentives.
  • Enhance your technical acumen within a specific industry/service area to address complex challenges.
  • Conduct interviews with technical staff and review documentation to identify credits and incentive opportunities.
  • Organize and review client data to facilitate credits and incentives evaluations.
  • Support project teams by tracking current project status and outlining next steps.
  • Act as a liaison for client personnel with both tax and technical expertise.
  • Oversee the compilation of final deliverables for clients.
  • Assist in the assessment of intricate scenarios involving various credits and incentives.

Qualifications:

  • Students in their junior or senior year enrolled in an accredited accounting program, with a minimum of 150 credit hours completed.
  • A cumulative GPA of 3.0/4.0 or higher is preferred.
  • Interest in R&D tax incentives, as well as federal and state incentives.
  • Desire to learn about depreciation, capitalization, fixed asset reviews, and cost segregation.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills to contribute to engagement planning.
