Position Overview:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Senior Audit Advisory Manager to lead our audit advisory services. This fully remote role provides the flexibility to work from any location while remaining a vital part of our team. You will thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment within the finance sector, where your contributions will have a significant impact. The ability to develop and grow business relationships will be crucial in this role. A candidate with an established client base and demonstrated business development skills is essential for success in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Senior Audit Advisory Manager, your responsibilities will include:

1. Delivering advisory services to clients.
2. Conducting thorough audits and presenting findings to clients and stakeholders.
3. Maintaining your CPA certification while utilizing your expertise to provide high-level advisory services.
4. Leveraging your entrepreneurial advisory experience to innovate and enhance our services.
5. Building and sustaining a robust client base through effective client development strategies.
6. Efficiently onboarding new clients to ensure a seamless transition and fostering long-term relationships.
7. Identifying potential clients and executing effective business development strategies.
8. Collaborating with team members to ensure the delivery of exceptional service to clients.

Qualifications:

To excel in this role, you will need the following qualifications:

1. At least 10 years of experience in auditing, advisory, or a related field.
2. A current and valid CPA certification.
3. Proven experience in client and business development.
4. Strong entrepreneurial advisory experience.
5. Excellent client onboarding skills and the ability to cultivate strong client relationships.
6. Demonstrated ability to identify and onboard potential clients.
7. Strong communication and presentation skills.
8. Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining strong team connections.
9. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
