Job Description:

CBE Companies is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service/Collections Agent. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting consumers to resolve their accounts in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist consumers in resolving their accounts in a manner that is ethical, legal, and transparent.
  • Provide excellent customer service and communication skills to resolve customer inquiries and concerns.
  • Work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Meet productivity and call quality standards as set by the company.
  • Problem solve and recommend solutions to customers and management.
Requirements:
  • At least 18 years of age.
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • 9+ months of work history (customer service experience preferred).
  • Computer and typing skills required.
  • Excellent attendance.
  • Self-starter with great attention to detail.
  • Customer service mindset.
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong work ethic.
  • A competitive spirit, an unrelenting drive to be the best.
  • Ability to learn new information and integrate processes.
