About the Role

This internship is a remote opportunity that does not require regular in-office presence. As a Financial Services Intern, you will have the opportunity to work with a licensed principal and gain insight into a career as a principal. You will be responsible for:

  • Using Excel and Word Microsoft skills to sort and categorize information.
  • Performing analyses and research on securities transactional data.
  • Navigating various data sets to find and confirm missing information.
  • Gaining knowledge about the approval process of securities transactions.
  • Assisting with a multitude of projects and responsibilities of a wide skill range.
Requirements

To be considered for this internship, you must:

  • Be actively enrolled in a college degree or university program at least part-time as defined by your institution.
  • Fulfill at least a year-round commitment (PT during the school year hours, FT during the summer hours).
  • Have the ability to apply technology efficiently.
  • Have experience with data spreadsheets and analyzing them.
  • Be adept in the use of Microsoft Office and internet browsers.
  • Have excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
  • Be able to problem solve and work autonomously.
  • Be well-organized and detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize effectively.
  • Have strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
