Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Respiratory Therapist to join our team at Spaulding Rehabilitation. As a key member of our respiratory care department, you will have the opportunity to work closely with patients and families of all ages, from neonatal to geriatric, and contribute to the development of personalized care plans.

Responsibilities

  • ">
  • Perform diagnostic evaluations, develop treatment plans, and provide life-sustaining techniques to patients of all age groups.
  • Administer medications safely and maintain accurate patient care documentation.
  • Collaborate with other care team members to coordinate respiratory care activities and achieve patient goals.
  • Teach and mentor healthcare team members, including new staff, students, and colleagues.

Requirements

  • Educational Background: Associate's Degree required; Registered Respiratory Therapist certification is mandatory.
  • Licensure: Current Massachusetts Respiratory Care License.
  • Skills: Basic and advanced respiratory skills, BLS certification, and proficiency in computer applications.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $70,000 - $85,000 per year, based on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, retirement plan, and generous paid time off.
