About the RoleThis exciting opportunity involves providing physical therapy services to patients with impairments, functional limitations, or disabilities resulting from injury, disease, or other causes. The successful candidate will practice in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team, educate patients and families, direct and supervise support personnel, and manage technical, environmental, and financial resources effectively and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate patients' physical therapy needs according to organizational and professional guidelines.
- Develop and revise treatment plans based on patient progress towards stated goals.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with facility and practice guidelines.
- Orient, train, and mentor therapy and health care students to achieve performance expectations.
- Identify and implement Performance Improvement opportunities to ensure best practices.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A graduate degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
- A license to practice as a physical therapist in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
- BLS certification.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Basic math and computer science skills.
- Knowledge of physical therapy evaluation and treatment techniques for rehabilitation populations.

Estimated Salary Range$120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
