Respiratory Care Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Respiratory Therapist to join our team at Spaulding Rehabilitation. This is a full-time position that requires a strong commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.
Responsibilities- Perform thorough respiratory assessments for patients of all ages, developing tailored care plans to meet their unique needs and goals.
- Administer medications safely and accurately, documenting patient care in a timely and precise manner.
- Collaborate with the care team to coordinate respiratory care activities and achieve optimal patient outcomes.
- An Associate's Degree in Respiratory Therapy or a related field.
- A current Massachusetts Respiratory Care License.
- Basic and advanced respiratory skills, including medication administration and ventilation management.
- Strong computer proficiency and excellent communication skills.
The estimated annual salary for this position is $65,000-$85,000, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
