Job Summary

ARC Group is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Analyst to join our team. As an Accounts Payable Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our accounts payable process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Verify vendor invoices against manifests and pricing sheets
  • Create and input purchase orders into our accounting system, assigning them to the correct general ledger and cost center
  • Assist in resolving disputes or questions regarding invoices and manifests
  • Reconcile accounts with suppliers
  • Coordinate and track deposits and final payments to suppliers
  • Monitor costs and accrue necessary amounts for month-end closing
  • Review accounting data to identify discrepancies between costs and revenues
  • Research and analyze competitor pricing
  • Track and monitor subsidy differences between proposed and actual costs
Requirements
  • 3 years of experience in accounts payable
  • Proficiency in Excel and accounting software
