Innomotics LLC is seeking a Senior Field Service Technician to enhance our operations.

Your Role

As a key player in our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing and executing service operations related to our Variable Frequency Drives. This includes coordinating new equipment installations, conducting upgrades, performing retrofits, and executing preventative maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct commissioning installations and preventative maintenance on Siemens products.
  • Perform advanced troubleshooting and problem analysis.
  • Maintain tools and test equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Utilize various hand tools and torque wrenches effectively.
  • Engage in physical activities such as climbing and lifting as required.
  • Document all service activities, including commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 8 years of hands-on technical experience or an Associate's degree with relevant vocational training.
  • Proficient in using electrical measurement tools such as multimeters and oscilloscopes.
  • Experienced in field service and troubleshooting for Siemens VFDs and Sinamics products.
  • Strong communication skills and validated troubleshooting techniques.
  • Ability to interpret electrical plans and schematics.
  • Willingness to travel extensively as part of the role.
  • Familiarity with electrical safety protocols and procedures.
