Overview:

The Communications Manager will serve as a pivotal consultant, guiding the development and implementation of initiatives tailored to address intricate business and technical requirements within Technology Business Services Consulting. This role demands a strategic approach to resolving unique challenges through comprehensive evaluation across various domains, ultimately delivering sustainable, large-scale solutions that necessitate creativity, innovation, and advanced analytical capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert consultation to senior leadership, offering innovative solutions in Technology Business Services Consulting.
  • Engage strategically with client personnel to enhance communication and engagement across CxO, Risk & Regulatory Accountability, and Platform Management sectors.
  • Oversee the Communications and Engagement function, collaborating closely with the EFT Comms & Engagement Team to support multiple senior leadership team members.
  • Manage internal communications, including updates to the organizational chart, execution of communication strategies, and coordination of executive routines and significant events.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for critical talking points and participate in the Communications & Engagement Community of Practice to share insights on best practices and areas for improvement.

Required Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in Information Technology supporting Business Services, demonstrated through a combination of work experience, consulting, training, military service, or education.
  • Proven experience in communications and engagement functions, particularly in support of executive leadership and management of business services.
