Job Summary
We are seeking a seasoned Product Manager to lead the development of our Connected Home software platform. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for defining and delivering software features and products that bring our Whole Home Water Ecosystem to life.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute product plans for assigned initiatives, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver software features and products that meet customer needs.
- Collaborate with category managers, designers, and engineering partners to refine and develop platform features, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer requirements.
- Partner with stakeholders and internal customers to inform product vision, strategy, features, and prioritization, ensuring a customer-centric approach.
- Develop and maintain appropriate tracking and reporting of product performance post-launch to evaluate future investment and drive business growth.
- Lead innovation and drive end-to-end launch of new products and experiences, with a focus on delivering high-quality software solutions that meet customer needs.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in software product management, with a proven track record of delivering successful products and features.
- 1+ years of experience with connected products, with a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities in this space.
- BA/BS degree preferred, in a technical discipline or equivalent experience. MBA preferred.
- Expert in using Jira for issue management and report generation.
- Strong technical software literacy, with a deep understanding of software development principles and practices.
- Strong working experience with Agile methodologies, with a focus on delivering high-quality software solutions.
- Experience with solutions involving mobile technologies, connected devices (Wi-Fi and Bluetooth), cloud services, and device firmware.
- Passion for building products that people love, with a customer-centric approach.
- Belief in using data to understand user needs and assess product health to drive improvements.
- Strong working experience with both predominant mobile platforms (iOS and Android), cloud services, and connected devices (Wi-Fi and Bluetooth) firmware.
- Understanding of whole home water solutions is a plus.
- Ability to grasp complex technology quickly, with a focus on delivering high-quality software solutions.
- Ability to deal with ambiguity and be flexible, with a customer-centric approach.
- Staying calm under pressure, with a focus on delivering high-quality software solutions.
