Job Title: Senior Product Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Manager to lead the development of our eligibility ecosystem, driving innovation and growth in the healthcare industry.

About the Role

As a Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for building and shaping our eligibility ecosystem, including our eligibility ingestion tooling, customer-facing eligibility portal, and core eligibility dataset. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop a deep understanding of our users' needs and drive product development from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a deep understanding of our users' needs and drive product development to meet those needs
  • Lead the development of our eligibility ecosystem, including eligibility ingestion tooling, customer-facing eligibility portal, and core eligibility dataset
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches and ongoing product development
  • Define and measure product success, ensuring we have the data in place to measure progress and drive future product development
Requirements
  • 4+ years of product management experience in the healthcare industry
  • Software engineering or data science experience, and/or a computer science or engineering degree
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data to drive product decisions
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience building large-scale data systems
  • Experience working with healthcare claims and eligibility data

The target salary range for this position is: $160,000 - $180,000. Individual compensation for this role will depend on a variety of factors including qualifications, skills and applicable laws. In addition to base compensation this role is eligible to participate in our equity incentive and competitive benefits plans.
