Position Summary:
The Sales Associate plays a crucial role in supporting the Studio Manager with membership sales. This position focuses on attracting new members to the studio and facilitating their introductory sessions.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist the Studio Manager in the sales process, including lead generation and follow-up.
2. Schedule and confirm introductory sessions for prospective members.
3. Manage front desk operations, welcoming clients and prospects upon arrival.
4. Conduct facility tours, establishing rapport and identifying individual needs.
5. Maintain a satisfactory level of personal sales production.
6. Promote the studio's objectives as a wellness provider.
7. Achieve monthly sales targets by booking quality appointments and following up on leads.
8. Participate in community events to enhance studio visibility.
9. Ensure the studio environment is clean and welcoming.
10. Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Strong sales, communication, and customer service skills.
- Goal-oriented with a proven ability to meet sales targets.
- Familiarity with MindBody or similar software is advantageous.
- Ability to stand or sit for extended periods.
- Proficiency in English with excellent communication skills in person, over the phone, and via email.
- Capacity to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Basic computer skills are required.
- Availability to work on weekends.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive pay based on experience, up to $18 per hour.
