Job Title: Business Analyst Minneapolis

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our team in Minneapolis, MN. This is a long-term, on-site contract role that will support a large-scale business transformation initiative.

About the Opportunity

This role provides an exciting opportunity to be part of a multi-year business transformation project, working with cutting-edge platforms and technologies to drive value and efficiency across a global enterprise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document detailed business requirements, ensuring project objectives are clearly defined.
  • Map "as is" and "to be" business processes, create use cases, user stories, value stream maps, and test cases.
  • Facilitate discussions with key stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable technical solutions.
  • Manage requirement changes and ensure all documentation is kept up to date throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions align with business goals and project timelines.
  • Support testing processes to ensure compliance with SOX and SDLC standards.
  • Assist with change management and training efforts related to new system implementations.
  • Build and maintain a repository of reusable documentation for future initiatives.
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of Business Analyst experience, with proven success in documenting and managing business needs and requirements.
  • Strong proficiency in Oracle, Visio, and Microsoft Teams.
  • Experience in defining process flow diagrams, creating user stories, and managing requirements changes.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working across business and technical teams.
  • Experience leading testing efforts and ensuring compliance with SOX and SDLC standards.
  • Ability to work effectively in an on-site, cross-functional team environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, information technology, or a related field is preferred but not required.

Pay Details: $50.00 to $65.00 per hour
