Job Summary

This is a temporary position anticipated to last three years. As a Business Analyst and Information Liaison, you will serve as the primary point of contact for the Digital Device project. Your responsibilities will include business analysis, change management, and execution of strategies for the selection, planning, and implementation of digital devices for the incarcerated population.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct business analysis to identify problems and recommend solutions
  • Develop and implement change management strategies to maximize adoption and usage of digital devices
  • Collaborate with project teams and business users to ensure successful project execution
  • Communicate project benefits and train staff on new systems and processes
Requirements

To be qualified for this position, applicants must meet the minimum qualifications listed below.

  • One year of project management experience
  • OR business analysis experience

Applicants who meet the experience requirements will be further assessed on human relations skills, analytical skills, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

The following qualifications are strongly desired of applicants seeking consideration for this position:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Two or more years of project management experience
  • One or more years of experience working in a correctional or secured setting

The selected finalist is required to review and sign a Physical Demands Analysis (PDA) for this position.
