Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited university
  • Seven years of experience with ERP deployments and supporting SAP technologies in a private, public, government, or military environment
  • Five years of project management experience in a private, public, government, or military environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in project management
  • Proven experience in deploying ERP in a private, public, government, or military environment
  • Ability to manage complex, matrixed situations across multiple organizational layers and geographies
  • Proven ability to successfully influence, negotiate, and resolve conflicts
  • Strong facilitation skills and the ability to deliver results in both in-person and remote work environments
  • Strong change management, communication skills, business and process acumen, and analytical skills
  • Prior experience driving results as a Green Belt, Black Belt, and/or Project Manager

Work Location:

  • Hybrid - Maplewood, MN

Travel: May include up to 30% domestic/international

Solventum offers a competitive compensation package, including a base salary and variable incentive pay, if eligible. The expected compensation range for this position is $160,284 - $195,903.
