Job Title: Phlebotomist II

At ICONMA, we are seeking a highly skilled Phlebotomist II to join our team in Fayetteville, AR. As a Phlebotomist II, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and quality of blood samples collected from patients.

Responsibilities:
  • Collect blood samples from patients in a safe and efficient manner, adhering to established protocols and procedures.
  • Prepare blood samples for laboratory testing, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Provide exceptional patient care, creating a positive and reassuring experience for patients.
  • Work collaboratively with the area supervisor to ensure daily activities are completed accurately and on time.
  • Maintain a safe and professional environment, adhering to all relevant regulations and guidelines.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Medical assistant or paramedic training preferred.
  • Phlebotomy certification preferred.
  • At least 1 year of phlebotomy experience required.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with experience in a retail or service environment preferred.
  • Strong keyboarding and data entry skills a must.
