Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Interaction: Communicate effectively with clients to understand their electrical needs and concerns, providing personalized solutions to meet their expectations.
  • Electrical System Evaluation: Conduct thorough evaluations of electrical systems, identifying areas for improvement and recommending upgrades or repairs as needed.
  • Repair and Maintenance: Perform repairs and maintenance on electrical systems, including testing and replacing defective equipment and wiring.
  • Collaboration with HVAC Team: Assist the HVAC installation team in repairs and services to heating, ventilating, and air-conditioning systems, ensuring seamless integration with electrical systems.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that all work meets the highest standards of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Journeyman Electrician experience required
  • Oregon (General Journeyman or Limited Residential License) or Washington (01, 02 or 6A) Journeyman Electrician card
  • Ability to engage with and actively listen to customers
  • Driven to exceed weekly and monthly business goals
  • Valid Oregon or Washington Driver's License and Clean Driving Record
  • Ability to work independently to complete tasks
