About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Journeyman Electrician to join our team at Wolfer's Home Services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch electrical services to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough evaluations of electrical systems to identify areas for improvement.
  • Test and repair electrical circuits and components to ensure safe and efficient operation.
  • Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide personalized solutions.
  • Work independently to complete tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Collaborate with the HVAC Install team to repair and service heating, ventilating, and air-conditioning systems.

Requirements:

  • Valid Oregon or Washington Journeyman Electrician card.
  • Ability to engage with and actively listen to customers.
  • Driven to exceed weekly and monthly business goals.
  • Valid Oregon or Washington Driver's License and Clean Driving Record.

What We Offer:

  • $50 - $60 per hour PLUS 5% commission on sold work.
  • SIGN ON BONUS Up to $10,000 (depending on experience).
  • Get paid bi-weekly Every other Friday is payday.
  • Set weekly work schedule, always have 2 consecutive days off.
  • No On-Call.
