Salary and BenefitsWe offer a competitive compensation package, including base pay ranging from $33 to $38 per hour, with additional differentials up to $43 per hour. Our benefits package includes comprehensive training and mentorship opportunities, as well as support for professional growth and development.
Job DescriptionAs a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at Dover Center for Health & Rehabilitation, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the well-being and comfort of our residents. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers
- Monitoring and recording patient vital signs and medical information
- Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans
- Providing wound care and other nursing interventions as needed
- Supervising and supporting Certified Nurse Assistants (CNAs) in delivering care

Required Skills and QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- A valid state license (LPN)
