Job Description

Seeking an experienced Outreach Specialist to join our Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) team in Portsmouth.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Human Services or the equivalent, and at least one year of experience working in the field.

This full-time position requires coordinating services and providing direct support, advocacy, and assertive outreach to adults with mental illness.

The schedule for this position is Sunday through Thursday.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
  • A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • CPR/First Aid training is recommended.
Salary and Schedule

The estimated salary for this position is $60,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience.
