About the Role:
Cedar Healthcare Center is seeking a dedicated Medication Nurse Assistant (MNA) to join our team. As a key member of our care delivery team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer medications accurately and safely under the supervision of licensed nurses.
- Monitor residents for any adverse reactions or side effects.
- Document medication administration and resident observations.
- Assist residents with activities of daily living as needed.
- Collaborate with the nursing team to ensure high standards of care.
Requirements:
- Valid New Hampshire Medication Nurse Assistant (MNA) License.
- Previous experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility is preferred.
- Knowledge of medication administration procedures and safety protocols.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
