Aveanna Healthcare is a leading national provider of home health services to medically fragile children and adults. We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team as a Home Care Night Shift LPN.

About the Role

As a Home Care Night Shift LPN, you will provide high-quality care to our patients in the comfort of their own homes. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Implementing physician-prescribed plans of care
  • Conducting patient assessments and coordinating care
  • Administering prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies
  • Documenting care provided in our system of record
  • Providing health education and training to family members

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Six months prior hands-on nursing experience (preferred but not required)
  • A valid LPN license
