Aveanna Healthcare is seeking a skilled and compassionate Private Duty Nurse RN to provide high-quality care to our patients in the comfort of their own homes. As a Private Duty Nurse RN, you will be responsible for delivering personalized care to our patients, working closely with our interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care coordination.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement and manage patient care plans in accordance with physician orders and Aveanna's policies and procedures.
  • Conduct thorough patient assessments, identify care needs, and develop individualized care plans.
  • Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by physicians.
  • Document patient care and progress in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care and support.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Active, unencumbered RN license in the state of practice.
  • Current CPR certification from American Red Cross or American Heart Association.
  • TB skin test (current within the last 12 months).
  • At least six months of prior hands-on nursing experience (RN, LPN, or LVN).
  • Reliable transportation and ability to travel to patient homes.
