Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and generate leads.

  • Manage a diverse portfolio of candidates and clients, both existing and prospective.
  • Utilize various online resources to search, source, and screen potential candidates.
  • Develop strong partnerships with clients to help their businesses thrive by delivering optimal solutions for attracting talent.
  • Conduct thorough in-person interviews to assess candidates comprehensively.
  • Guide and mentor entry-level sales consultants within the office.
  • Participate in the proposal process by crafting and presenting proposals.
  • Negotiate commercial terms of business and rates.

  • Familiarity with Salesforce and other sales tools (Zoominfo, LinkedIn recruiter, job boards, etc.).
  • A positive attitude and a strong desire to succeed. You relish challenges and have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • A drive to achieve meaningful and measurable results and to grow as a sales professional.
  • A BA/BS degree or equivalent qualification.
