Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and generate leads.
- Oversee the recruitment process from interview to offer stage and successful closure.
- Manage a diverse portfolio of candidates and clients, both existing and prospective.
- Utilize various online resources to search, source, and screen potential candidates.
- Develop strong partnerships with clients to help their businesses thrive by delivering optimal solutions for attracting talent.
- Conduct thorough in-person interviews to assess candidates comprehensively.
- Guide and mentor entry-level sales consultants within the office.
- Participate in the proposal process by crafting and presenting proposals.
- Negotiate commercial terms of business and rates.

- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a recruitment or business development role.
- Experience in prospecting is essential.
- Familiarity with Salesforce and other sales tools (Zoominfo, LinkedIn recruiter, job boards, etc.).
- A positive attitude and a strong desire to succeed. You relish challenges and have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- A drive to achieve meaningful and measurable results and to grow as a sales professional.
- A BA/BS degree or equivalent qualification.
