Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused CGO Coordinator to join our team at ShopRite of Mount Pocono. As a key member of our department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting sales, and assisting with the onboarding of new associates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide prompt and courteous service to all customers, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
  • Promote current charitable promotions to customers, driving sales and revenue growth.
  • Assist with the onboarding process for new department associates, including interviewing, selection, and training.
  • Maintain proper staffing levels to meet projected sales and customer demand.
