Packaging Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Packaging Specialist to join our team at Renfro Brands. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and monitoring administrative, product, and project-related tasks within the Packaging Department.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and maintain accurate records of packaging components, materials, and styles in our PLM database.
- Coordinate with suppliers, both domestic and international, to ensure timely receipt of artwork files and packaging materials.
- Review and approve sales and pre-production samples, communicating daily with factories to resolve any issues or questions.
- Develop and maintain packaging methods, materials, and sizes to meet marketing and production criteria.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of packaging projects.
- Four-year college degree in a related field, such as graphics, design, fashion, or product development.
- Three years of relevant experience in packaging or a related field.
- Proficiency in graphic design software, such as Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
The successful candidate will work in a conditioned office environment with moderate noise levels. Occasional travel to multiple work sites may be required.
