This exciting opportunity involves supervising and managing theatre staff, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, and promoting exceptional guest experiences. As a Theatre Operations Manager, you will be an integral part of our team, working closely with General Managers and senior management to drive business success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Train Staff: Directly supervise and train theatre employees, including scheduling, coaching, and evaluating performance.
  • Theatre Operations: Oversee all aspects of theatre operations, including attendance, staffing, customer service, inventory management, and risk management.
  • Customer Service: Ensure excellent guest experiences by addressing concerns, responding to feedback, and implementing solutions to improve services.
  • Financial Management: Monitor and control costs, including direct operating expenses, purchasing, and inventory management.
  • Maintenance and Safety: Supervise theatre maintenance, perform minor repairs, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Requirements
  • Education/Experience: High School Diploma or equivalent required; three months of supervisory experience preferred.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent public speaking and written communication skills; ability to listen effectively and respond clearly.
  • Mathematical Skills: Basic math skills, including calculations and error detection.
  • Computer Skills: Proven experience with PC platforms and basic office programs (email, word processing, spreadsheets).
Salary and Benefits
