About the Role

GAI Consultants, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled GIS Specialist to join our team. As a GIS Specialist, you will play a critical role in providing geographic information systems support to our clients across various energy sectors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain GIS databases, maps, and spatial analyses to support client projects.
  • Work with Esri software platform, including ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Enterprise, and ArcGIS Online, to create and publish feature services and web maps.
  • Assist with data collection, processing, and analysis, including GPS data and spatial analysis.
  • Collaborate with senior staff to design and implement geodatabases and data processing workflows.
Requirements
  • Intermediate-level technical skills in GIS software, including ArcGIS Desktop/Pro, ArcGIS Online, and ArcGIS Enterprise.
  • Experience with publishing and managing feature services and web maps using ArcGIS Online/Enterprise.
  • Understanding of Esri's Offline Maps workflow and ability to author and share web maps for offline use.
  • Basic knowledge of Enterprise (SDE) Geodatabase functionality and data administration workflows.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 2-4 years of professional GIS experience.
  • Experience with Survey123 for ArcGIS and developing, publishing, and managing forms and surveys.
