Responsibilities:
- Develop and Maintain Inspection Reports: Create detailed reports on inspection findings, highlighting areas of improvement and recommending corrective actions.
- Ensure Compliance: Verify that all operations adhere to federal and state laws, as well as company standards and specifications.
- Perform Inspections: Conduct thorough inspections across all stages of production, identifying potential quality control issues.
- Prepare and Maintain Test Data: Collect and analyze data for review, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Evaluate Data and Draft Reports: Analyze inspection findings and draft comprehensive reports, highlighting key observations and recommendations.
- Identify Areas for Quality Control Improvement: Continuously monitor and evaluate processes to identify areas for improvement, implementing changes as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering: A degree in engineering is required for this position.
- Experience and Certifications: A minimum of 5 years of experience in field inspection, construction, or quality control, with certifications in ACI Grade 1 Concrete Technician, ACI Post Installed Anchor Inspector, NETTCP Concrete Inspector, NETTCP Paving Inspector, NETTCP Soils and Aggregate Inspector, and OSHA 10.
