North America Quality Director Adhesives

About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Quality to join our team in North America. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring quality and compliance through continuous improvement and best practices, driving continuous improvement activities aimed at achieving enhanced efficiency, quality, safety, reliability, and cost reductions.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a robust Global Adhesive Quality Management System (QMS) that rigorously upholds quality standards.
- Lead the planning and execution of site/plant audits to ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Develop and track North American QMS quality objectives and metrics with Operations, Supply Chain, and R&D teams.
- Champion data-driven decision-making to achieve excellence in products and services.
- Develop internal and external customer loyalty and rapport by reviewing and addressing customer satisfaction surveys and resolving issues as needed.
- Determine the feasibility of new product introduction/designs and significant product changes by managing the evaluation of their impacts on processes, tooling, testing, quality, and safety practices.
- Results-focused, innovative, self-driven, and well-qualified individual with a strong background in quality assurance and compliance.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing quality management systems and leading quality improvement initiatives.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and advise leaders and managers across Operations, R&D, Engineering, Supply Chain, and other relevant functions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and communicate complex data and metrics.

Salary Range: $126,000-$189,000. Our company takes the compensation of its employees very seriously and considers several factors when determining the total compensation package, including location, market range, skills, knowledge, experience, and abilities.
