Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to devise effective strategies, oversee active campaigns, and analyze final reports.
  • Manage the media traffic workflow for both national and local campaigns, working closely with agency partners and marketing teams.
  • Oversee daily budget management for national media initiatives.
  • Review and manage monthly financial reports in collaboration with media agencies.
  • Coordinate with finance teams to project monthly media expenditures accurately.
  • Responsible for initiating Purchase Orders and monitoring billing against approved budgets.
  • Partner with and manage relationships with agencies that support our media strategies.
  • Identify and pursue new partnership opportunities with existing and potential media channels.
  • Maintain day-to-day relationships with key brand partners across various media platforms.
  • Design and implement partnership trials and testing initiatives to validate their benefits to the organization.

Qualifications

Education: A bachelor's degree is preferred.

Experience: A minimum of 2 years in paid media or marketing communications is required.

Skills and Abilities: Experience in both digital and traditional media, including social, mobile, audio, and video platforms, is preferred.
