We are seeking a proactive Project Manager with substantial experience in glass and glazing/facade project management who is eager for professional growth and advancement.

Key Qualifications and Experience Required:

  • Proven track record in managing Profit & Loss, Talent Development, Sales, Project Management, and Estimating (preferred).
  • Experienced Senior Project Manager looking to advance their career (mandatory).
  • 5-10+ years of relevant Project Management experience, particularly in Storefront, Window Wall, Curtainwall, Sunshades/Screens, ACM Panel Systems, Structural Glass Walls, and Skylight projects.
  • Ability to work autonomously; confidence and expertise to make critical decisions.
  • Experience managing projects from contract acquisition through to close-out, including RFI's, submittals, change orders, punch lists, and close-out documentation.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, structural drawings, shop drawings, and schedules to understand architectural intent.
  • Familiarity with project management software, spreadsheets, and estimating tools is preferred.
  • Demonstrated success in completing projects under budget while managing accrued material, equipment, and labor costs.
  • A strong desire for professional growth and development.
  • Excellent communication skills with customers, suppliers, architects, management, and site personnel.
