About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a healthcare or dental setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathize with customers.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive customer information.
  • Familiarity with dental software or office operations is a plus.
