Job Summary:
As a Sales Territory Manager at US Foods, you will be responsible for fostering customer relationships in a team-based selling model. Your primary goal will be to manage deliveries and troubleshoot any problems that may arise during the order process. You will also be responsible for communicating and collecting accounts receivable as necessary. Additionally, you will be expected to develop new business and identify prospective customers. Staying informed about market conditions, product innovations, and competitors' products is crucial in this role. You will also be required to drive to customers and prospects to ensure product delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base and increase revenue.
3. Manage and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to customers.

Requirements:
1. 1+ year of sales experience preferred.
2. Foodservice industry/culinary/restaurant management/hospitality experience preferred.
3. Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
4. Ability to build relationships, cold call, and develop new business.
5. Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
6. Computer proficiency; experience using Customer relationship management tools preferred.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand and walk frequently, drive vehicle frequently, lift and carry various weights, and perform other occasional physical activities as described.
