Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Seasonal Sales Associate to join our team at Burlington Stores, Inc. As a Seasonal Sales Associate, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining a positive and professional attitude, and working efficiently to meet sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Sales Floor Support: Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, restock merchandise, and perform other tasks as assigned by management.
  • Cash Handling: Accurately and efficiently process transactions, handle customer returns and exchanges, and maintain a high level of cash handling accuracy.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals, provide support during peak periods, and maintain a positive and professional attitude.

Requirements:

  • Availability: Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to think critically and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
