Job Overview:

Key Qualifications:

  • Guides, oversees, and reviews the work of project engineers and team members.
  • Accountable for the successful completion of assigned engineering and task-related initiatives within budget and time constraints.
  • Leads a team of engineers, analysts, and/or technicians throughout the project lifecycle or serves as a continuous lead within a specialized engineering group.
  • No formal supervisory responsibilities, but may contribute to performance evaluations of team members.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Facilitates service delivery management for contract oversight, ensuring accountability through monitoring and reporting. Communicates updates through briefings and reports.
  • Submits Monthly Status Reports (MSR) by the fifth of each month via electronic communication to provide updates on project status, including summaries of completed and upcoming work, milestones, progress on open tasks, significant issues, corrective actions, personnel changes, required government actions, travel summaries, invoicing details, and projected costs.
  • Offers general assistance to project teams and clients.
  • Assists in the maintenance and management of Cybersecurity Operational Tools, including communications and configurations related to contractor cybersecurity responsibilities.
  • Helps coordinate, schedule, and manage internal attendance for Video Teleconferences related to project tasks.
  • Conducts daily security checks and maintains daily sign-off records for both Unclassified and Classified environments.
  • Provides additional support, technical advice, and expertise in Cybersecurity to assist clients, mission partners, and various stakeholders in compliance with relevant cyber regulations and directives; delivers findings in reports and presentations as required.
  • Offers Cybersecurity support during real-world scenarios or additional requirements for RMF compliance checks and documentation reviews across authorization boundaries, including but not limited to:
    • Preparing security reviews for all controls related to RMF for assigned authorization boundaries based on confidentiality, integrity, or availability designations.
    • Conducting on-site or remote reviews of information systems to ensure compliance with security controls.
    • Participating as reviewers in audit teams during inspections, assessments, and evaluations.
    • Providing necessary reports to the designated government representative.
    • Conducting reviews and validations in support of compliance or non-compliance with CCI, STIGs, and SRGs for each identified finding or vulnerability in accordance with RMF.
    • Delivering embedded Cybersecurity support across client or other supported organizations as needed.
